Very fast and reliable and honest.

Eljo from Urgent Plumbers London Ltd is one of, if not the most responsive tradesman I've come across - replied to queries and messages quickly without fuss, and clearly explained issues/reasoning with any work required. Always arrived when he said he would too and was happy to provide all relevant documentation (Gas Safe etc) when asked - would recommend. Quoted for boiler service/replaced our boiler when it was found to be un-serviceable.

Urgent Plumbers were fantastic when my boiler leaked. It was at the worst time possible -early on a Sunday morning when I was rushing out to work. He was so calm , turned up quickly as promised and then was so efficient at working out and fixing the problem. He was also so kind as I was terrified how much it would all cost for a Sunday emergency call out Thank you so much - you're an absolute hero

I'm really pleased with the service. All in the same day the gentleman came to fix an issue in the bathroom. A leaking pipe fixed. Very friendly and professional. I totally recommend their service. Thanks again 😊

I had multiple general plumbing issues and he came asap to sort them out. And extra shout-out for helping us get back in the house without making a fuss when I got us shut out. Works extra long hours to get the job done to a good standard. Gas safe engineer too. Thank you!

Recently called Urgent Plumbers London to repair a macerator in an ensuite bathroom. Eljo was local, so came straight away to see if it could be repaired. A replacement was necessary which had to be ordered, so he came 2 days later to carry out the work. Eljo was reliable, polite and very efficient. The cost was also very reasonable. I would definitely recommend.

Really friendly, professional and reliable. Everything was explained clearly and the job was done efficiently. Would definitely recommend!

Had such a fantastic experience! In a world full of people who want to charge you insane amounts and count every minute as an extra charge. Maj was super honest, kind, and trustworthy. He was at my place within hours of the call and not only fixed the issue but had our best interest in mind and told us what we should be doing if the problem persists. Would strongly recommend him !
