The short answer
A Saniflo is a macerator pump that grinds and pumps waste away from a toilet, shower or basin where there's no gravity drain. Most faults are blockages from wipes or sanitary items, a worn pressure switch, a seized motor or a leaking seal. We repair them with genuine Saniflo parts.
Saniflo and other macerator units let you add a toilet, shower room or utility room without major drainage work. When they go wrong, they need someone who knows how they're built.
We repair the full range, from upflush toilet units to grey-water pumps, and use genuine Saniflo parts so the unit keeps working as it was designed. If a repair isn't worth it, we'll tell you, order a replacement and come back to fit it.

Saniflo repairs questions, answered
Why does my Saniflo keep running?
A Saniflo that keeps running usually has a stuck or worn pressure switch, a leaking non-return valve letting water flow back, or a dripping tap or cistern feeding it. Turn off the water to the toilet to see if it stops. If it keeps cycling, the switch or valve needs replacing.
What can't go down a Saniflo?
Only toilet paper and human waste. Wet wipes, including 'flushable' ones, sanitary products, cotton buds, dental floss and fat will block or damage the macerator blades. Most Saniflo call-outs we attend are caused by wipes, so keeping a bin beside the toilet saves a repair.
Can you replace my Saniflo unit?
Yes. If the motor or housing is beyond repair, we'll quote for a replacement, order the right model for your toilet or shower, and come back to fit it. One customer's macerator needed exactly this: we inspected it the same day and fitted the new unit two days later.
