Information on this site

The advice on this website is general guidance only. Every property is different, so it isn’t a substitute for an engineer inspecting your system. Never attempt gas work yourself. If you smell gas, call the National Gas Emergency Service on 0800 111 999.

Online booking requests

Submitting the booking form sends us a request. It isn’t a confirmed appointment until we contact you to confirm the date and time. We’ll give you a quote before any work begins, and the work is carried out on the terms we agree with you at that point.

Response times

We aim to respond to emergencies as quickly as possible and will give you an estimated arrival time when you call. Arrival times depend on location, traffic and demand and can’t be guaranteed.

Reviews and third-party links

Reviews are written by customers on Google. Links to other websites, including Google, WhatsApp, the Gas Safe Register and Companies House, are provided for convenience. We’re not responsible for their content.
