How do I know if my drain is damaged?
Repeat blockages soon after clearing, a constant sewage smell, damp patches, sinking paving or rodents near a drain run all suggest damage. A CCTV drain survey confirms it by showing cracks, displaced joints, root intrusion or collapse, with the exact location so the repair can be targeted.
What is a CCTV drain survey?
A small waterproof camera is pushed through the drain from an inspection chamber or access point, sending live video back to a screen. It shows blockages, cracks, root intrusion and misaligned joints without any digging, so the repair can be planned precisely.
Will you need to dig up my garden?
Not always. The CCTV survey shows exactly where the damage is, so if excavation is needed, we only open up that section. We'll explain the options and what they involve before any work starts.
